Profile: Perceptor loves spending time on Earth with his human friends, particularly the young Kicker. Having spent years with Rad, Carlos and Alexis, Perceptor feels a special bond to them and their planet. He loves the culture of Earth. Humans are all similar, yet so diverse at the same time, much like his own personality. Now that the Mini-Cons are no longer hunted for their power, Perceptor is free to spend his time on Earth with his human friends. He seamlessly combines the qualities of the three Mini-Cons from the Street Action Team; Grindor, High Wire and Sureshock. >From Grindor, he inherits creativity and a positive outlook. High Wire's motivation keeps him focused on the task at hand, and teamwork mentality enables Perceptor to integrate the three personalities instead of becoming confused. From Sureshock, he acquires intelligence and the ability to make wise inferences. He helps others improve themselves much the way an Earth psychologist would, with reason and understanding. He helps Autobots battle shortcomings and helps Mini-Cons to see a unified goal of freedom. Anything that Perceptor does, he does with a purity of purpose that is lacking in most creatures. He doesn't fight for the sake of fighting, he fights to rid the universe of oppression. He doesn't talk just to talk, he helps others work through their problems. Although small in stature and peaceful in persona, Perceptor is a skilled warrior. When the members of the Street Action Team wanted newer and faster forms, Perceptor gained a new form as well.

Abilities: Containing three Mini-Cons, Perceptor is very strong for his size. He has been known to take down Decepticons twice his size with relative ease. He is an expert at using uncommon means to defeat opponents in battle. He possesses mysterious mental abilities, including the ability to communicate with Mini-Cons on a telepathic level.

Weaknesses: Perceptor's only real weakness is when he is separated into the three Mini-Cons. Also, fondness of Earth and humans would be considered a weakness by the Decepticons.

HIGH WIRE

Affiliation: Mini-Con
Alternate mode: Dirt Cycle

First cartoon appearance: Energon episode # 1: Cybertron City in this form (his character first appeared in Armada episode # 1: First Encounter)

First comic appearance:  Energon # 27

"All together, now!

Profile: High Wire is one of the most popular and respected Mini-Cons. He's the ultimate team player. He motivates his companions and gives credit to the team. He believes very strongly in the idea of teamwork and demonstrates his beliefs by working hard with his team. He is drawn to humans, and Kicker in particular. Even though Kicker doesn't really like Transformers, he loves the Street Action Team, especially High Wire. It is perhaps High Wire's motivation that draws Kicker to like him so much. High Wire can often be found watching sporting events, like baseball or football. He would no doubt be a great coach were he human.

Abilities: He's very intelligent and possesses leadership abilities. He's capable at motivating, organizing and commanding small team based operations. He is quick and agile, especially in vehicle mode.

Weaknesses: High Wire is reluctant to take on leadership roles.

GRINDOR

Affiliation: Mini-Con
Alternate mode: Hovercraft

First cartoon appearance: Energon episode #  2: Energon Stars in this form (character first appeared in Armada episode # 2: Metamorphosis)

First comic appearance:  Energon # 27

"If you're not trying something new, you're not trying.

Profile: Grindor is very creative and willing to try anything once. It could be a crazy stunt in his new hovercraft mode, or going to a rock concert with his old friend Rad. He could be found exploring Inca ruins, or following wolves across the frozen north. There is no lengths he won't go to find adventure. Grindor knows that his friends Rad, Carlos and Alexis have grown into adulthood, but he still thinks of all the great times they had. Grindor prefers the company of humans, impressed by their positive outlook, despite their short life span. Now he has a new human friend, Kicker, to keep him company. Some may say that he acts childish, but his innocence along with a positive outlook, have changed the minds of many beings.

Abilities: Possesses great intelligence and creativity. Tends to "think outside the box" to come up with solutions that others may miss. He is agile and, in hovercraft mode, able to travel over any terrain, even water.

Weaknesses: Grindor is not a very good combatant.

Alternate mode: All Terrain Vehicle (ATV)

First cartoon appearance: Energon episode # 3: Scorponok in this form (character first appeared in Armada episode # 2: Metamorphosis)

First comic appearance:  Energon # 27

"Freedom isn't an option - It's a necessity.

Profile: Sureshock values freedom and individuality above all else. She's a free thinker and encourages others to do so also. She has a deep empathy with all living things and is willing to fight for their freedom. One of her greatest students was Alexis, her human ally. In fact, Sureshock is the reason Alexis got involved in the environment. Now Sureshock uses her skills to help her new human ally Kicker learn to use his talents for the right reason. Sureshock loves the individuality of life in a big city. She loves romantic comedies, Broadway musicals, operas and the Philharmonic. At times she regrets giving up her scooter mode because it was more city friendly than her ATV mode. Her independent streak often puts her at odds with High Wire, but they use these differences to learn from each other and grow stronger.

Abilities: She is highly intelligent and able to sift through facts from different sources to reach the best objective conclusion. She is quick and uses her small size as an advantage

Weaknesses: Physical abilities are weak, but she makes up for it by being fast and daring when pressed into battle.
